About the Course

The changing environment within organizations requires that today's professionals are trained to innovate and define new strategies and business models focused on generating value for the client and the company.
The specialization course in Digital Transformation Management will provide methodologies, strategies and best practices focused on the transition from the traditional model of organization to a new model where the application of disruptive technologies and a new culture and mindset allows redefine the relationship with its customers based on higher digital experiences, trust, satisfaction and effectiveness.

Course Objectives

Participants at the end of this course will be able to:
• Define strategies to innovate and create business models focused on generating value for clients and companies.
• Examine the methodologies, strategies and best practices oriented to the transition towards digital transformation
• Evaluates technological trends used in digital transformation oriented to user experience

Course Materials

• Videos on application cases oriented to innovation, business models that generate value for customers and the company
• Readings and applied cases where methodologies, strategies and best practices aimed at digital transformation are applied.

Modulos

Módulo I: Digital Transformation in companies
• Duration: 03 hours
• Objectives: Identify new business models that provide diversification and growth, in order to change the way in which decisions are made and organizational teams are led.
• Learning Activities: During the 03 hours of synchrounous classes, topics of the Digital Transformation in companies in cases applied to real corporate situations, discussion Forum, case studies, and videos will be done in class.

Módulo II: Technological Innovation
• Duration: 03 hours
• Objectives Identify the trend technologies that can be applied within organizations to generate competitive advantage and help to understand the needs of customers. Know what elements must be incorporated into a digital architecture to connect customers and their access points with the services offered by the organization.
• Learning Activities: During the 03 hours of synchrounous classes, topics of the Technological Innovations in cases applied to real corporate situations, discussion Forum, case studies, and videos will be done in class.

Módulo III: Innovation Methodologies
• Duration: 03 hours
• Objectives : Know the methodologies that will help to manage new projects and agile business models, where requirements and solutions evolve to adapt.
• Learning Activities: During the 03 hours of synchrounous classes, topics of the Innovation Methodologies in cases applied to real corporate situations, discussion Forum, case studies, and videos will be done in class.

Módulo IV: Digital Transformation of the customer experience
• Duration: 03 hours
• Objectives : Redesign in all customer contact points an improvement in the experience, which should aim to achieve the participation and interaction of consumers and customers with brands and organizations, which will lead to the generation of value for the business.
• Learning Activities: During the 03 hours of synchrounous classes, topics of the Digital Transformation of the customer experience in cases applied to real corporate situations, discussion Forum, case studies, and videos will be done in class.

Módulo V: Use of Technologies for the Transformation of Customer Experiences
• Duration: 03 hours
• Objectives :Adopt and implement technology trends to manage better proactive decisions in real time, which allow recognizing customer loyalty, understanding them better and quantifying these actions as a competitive advantage.
• Learning Activities: During the 03 hours of synchrounous classes, topics of the Use of Technologies for the Transformation of Customer Experiences in cases applied to real corporate situations, discussion Forum, case studies, and videos will be done in class.
